1. The service

AIBuyr is a buyer-side car shopping service. On your instruction it emails car dealers you select to request written out-the-door quotes, reads their replies and helps you compare them. A person on the AIBuyr team supervises every request. Autopilot and Concierge currently serve buyers in the New York metro area, Connecticut, the Poughkeepsie area, Beacon, Fishkill and Newburgh. Coach is available anywhere.

2. Plans

Coach ($0): the website chat, a deal brief with a rough out-the-door target, the quote checker and finance-office scripts. Autopilot ($199 per car): AIBuyr contacts the dealers you select, runs written multi-dealer bidding, audits each quote and, with your approval, requests instant offers for your trade-in. Concierge ($499 per car): everything in Autopilot, plus a person reviews the final buyer's order before you sign and we coordinate home delivery with the dealer where the dealer offers it.

3. Your authorization

For each vehicle request you'll be asked to authorize AIBuyr to contact the dealers you select and to share the vehicle details, ZIP code, timeline, payment type and trade-in description with them. The same applies to trade-in buyers we contact for you. Every message requires your approval of its exact recipient and text before it is sent. You can revoke authorization at any time.

4. Fees

No payment is taken on this website. We confirm your plan and fee with you in writing (by email) when we invite you. The Autopilot or Concierge fee is due upfront, after you accept the invite and before AIBuyr contacts any dealer for you; we send you an invoice for it. The fee is per vehicle purchase request. If you cancel before AIBuyr has contacted any dealer for you, we refund the fee in full. We may waive or reduce a fee, and will tell you in writing if we do.

5. No guarantees

AIBuyr does not guarantee any price, savings, vehicle availability, trade-in offer, delivery or dealer response. Quotes and trade-in offers are made by third parties, not by AIBuyr, and may change. Price targets and analysis are estimates. You are responsible for confirming the vehicle, price and all paperwork with the dealer before you sign or pay anything.

6. Not a dealer, lender or advisor

AIBuyr does not sell vehicles, arrange financing, take deposits or handle payments for the vehicle, and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. A Concierge paperwork review is a second set of eyes, not legal advice.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service only for genuine vehicle purchases you're considering. Don't misuse it to harass dealers or submit false information.

8. Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may decline or end a request with notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIBuyr is not liable for dealer or third-party conduct, vehicle condition, delivery, or the terms of any purchase you make. [Final limitation-of-liability, governing-law and dispute terms to be provided by counsel.]

10. Changes

We'll post updates here. Requests already confirmed in writing keep the fee we confirmed.
