Privacy notice

This notice explains what AIBuyr ("we") collects when you use aibuyr.com and the AIBuyr service, and how it is used. Questions or requests: deals@aibuyr.com.

What we collect

Your request: name, email, optional phone, ZIP code, the vehicle you're shopping for, timeline, payment type and notes.
Account: email, name, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), sign-in times.
Vehicle requests: what you enter (vehicle, trims, colors, ZIP, radius, payment type, trade-in description, budget), the dealers you select, messages you approve, and dealer replies.
Authorizations and approvals: when you authorized dealer contact, which version of the text you accepted, and when you approved each message.
Technical: request logs used for security and troubleshooting (no message contents or passwords are written to logs).

How we use it

To review your request and contact you about it.
To request, read and compare dealer quotes you asked for, and to draft messages for your approval.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

What dealers see

When you approve a message, the dealer (or, for trade-in offers, the trade-in buyer) you chose receives it from deals@aibuyr.com. It contains the vehicle details, your ZIP code, timeline, payment type and trade-in description. We don't share your name, email, phone or address with a dealer unless you separately approve it.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service: email (Google Workspace / Gmail for deals@aibuyr.com), AI models to read dealer replies and draft messages, and hosting. They process data on our behalf to provide the service. The final list of providers will be published here before public launch.

Retention

Request data is kept while your request is open and up to 12 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Backups are rotated automatically.

Your choices

Revoke dealer-contact authorization or close a request in your dashboard at any time.
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by emailing deals@aibuyr.com.
Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights. We'll honor applicable requests.

Security

Accounts are invite-only and password-protected, each customer can see only their own requests, and access to the operator console is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Changes

We'll post updates here and tell customers about material changes by email.
