Limitations
What AIBuyr does not do.
- No guaranteed savings. We can't promise a lower price than you would get yourself. Dealers set their own prices.
- Dealers may not reply. Some dealers ignore buyer's-agent emails or ask for a phone call.
- Quotes can change. A dealer quote is an offer from that dealer, not a contract. Confirm the vehicle, price and paperwork before you sign.
- We don't handle the car money or contracts. Payments for the car, financing, deposits and contracts are between you and the dealer.
- Automated reading can be wrong. That's why unclear replies go to a person, and why you should check the dealer's original email.
- Service area is limited. Autopilot and Concierge cover the New York metro area and Connecticut for now. We confirm each request (location and vehicle type) when we review it.

Who does AIBuyr work for?
The buyer. AIBuyr doesn't take referral fees from dealers.
Will dealers know who I am?
Not from us, unless you approve sharing more. Dealers get the vehicle details and your ZIP code. To buy, you'll eventually deal with the dealer directly.
Why out-the-door price?
It includes the vehicle price, fees, taxes and add-ons, so it's the most reliable way to compare offers. Monthly payments can hide those details.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Revoke the authorization or close your request in your dashboard. No further messages will be sent.
What does it cost?
Coach is free. Autopilot is $199 per car and Concierge is $499 per car. Nothing is charged on this website: we confirm your plan and fee in writing when we invite you. The Autopilot or Concierge fee is invoiced upfront, before we contact any dealer, and is refunded in full if you cancel before any dealer is contacted.
Where is AIBuyr available?
Coach works anywhere. Autopilot and Concierge cover the New York metro area (the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and northern and central New Jersey), all of Connecticut, and the Poughkeepsie area, plus Beacon, Fishkill and Newburgh. If you're elsewhere, you can still send a request and we'll add you to the waitlist.
How fast do you respond?
Email deals@aibuyr.com and we'll reply within 60 minutes. Dealer response times are up to each dealer.
