Review each dealer and the complete message, individually or in a batch of up to five. AIBuyr sends it through the dealer's website contact form, or by email if the form can't be used. Nothing goes out until you approve the exact message.

Limitations
What AIBuyr does not do.
- No guaranteed savings. We can't promise a lower price than you would get yourself. Dealers set their own prices.
- Dealers may not reply. Some dealers ignore emails from a personal shopping service or ask for a phone call.
- Quotes can change. A dealer quote is an offer from that dealer, not a contract. Confirm the vehicle, price and paperwork before you sign.
- We don't handle the car money or contracts. Payments for the car, financing, deposits and contracts are between you and the dealer.
- Automated reading can be wrong. That's why unclear replies go to a person, and why you should check the dealer's original email.
- Service area is limited. Autopilot and Concierge cover the New York metro area and Connecticut for now. We confirm each request (location and vehicle type) when we review it.

The buyer. AIBuyr doesn't take referral fees from dealers.
Will dealers know who I am?
Not from us, unless you approve sharing more. Dealers get the vehicle details and your ZIP code. To buy, you'll eventually deal with the dealer directly.
Why out-the-door price?
It includes the vehicle price, fees, taxes and add-ons, so it's the most reliable way to compare offers. Monthly payments can hide those details.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Revoke the authorization or close your request in your dashboard. No further messages will be sent.
What does it cost?
Coach is free. Standard rates are $199 per car for Autopilot and $499 for Concierge. The first 5 accepted founding buyers pay no AIBuyr service fee for one vehicle-shopping request, confirmed in the invitation. Vehicle costs and dealer charges still apply. No payment is taken on this website.
How does the search radius work?
Choose 25, 50, 100, or 200 miles, or enter a custom distance from 5 to 250 miles. AIBuyr checks approximate straight-line distances between ZIP centers, not driving miles. We propose a dealer shortlist for your review. You can remove dealers or widen the radius, and approve the exact messages before any outreach.
Where is AIBuyr available?
Coach works anywhere. Autopilot and Concierge cover the New York metro area (the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and northern and central New Jersey), all of Connecticut, and the Poughkeepsie area, plus Beacon, Fishkill and Newburgh. If you're elsewhere, you can still send a request and we'll add you to the waitlist.
